Virtual World
NBA + NBA 2K League
Challenge:
The NBA sought a more flexible, virtual-first studio experience—one that could power live broadcasts, virtual commercials, and branded content for NBA 2K. They wanted a solution that could scale content creation and revenue streams.
Solution:
We delivered a custom application built as part of our P2P pipeline. This robust virtual studio empowered the NBA 2K League team to rapidly produce branded content and integrate immersive advertising opportunities—without needing traditional broadcast overhead.
Creative Technology:
We developed a small video game using the Unreal Engine, which is capable of running on consumer-grade PCs purchased on Amazon for under $2,000. Then, we utilize commercial solutions to feed up to seven live streams into the game, mimicking a TV studio. This was run as both a local application and a cloud-based delivery service, hosted on Amazon Web Services.
Outcome:
Our technology has directly contributed to high-impact partnerships with DoorDash and AT&T, resulting in not only visually impressive but also revenue-generating outcomes. Our success with NBA 2K earned us a five-year deal with the NBA, proving the long-term value of creative technology built for flexibility and monetization.

On-Site Activation
NBA All-Star Game with ADIDAS
Challenge:
Adidas aimed to create a standout digital experience during NBA All-Star Weekend that would appeal to the gaming and streaming communities. The goal was to engage popular streamers in a way that felt premium and interactive, merging the cultures of gaming and sport.
Solution:
In collaboration with the NBA, we designed an immersive environment where streamers were embedded directly into the All-Star festivities using P2P. We delivered a virtual activation that allowed Adidas to amplify their brand with high-quality, shareable content.
Creative Technology:
Working with motion capture tools, we outfitted Ninja, a popular streamer, with a suit that enabled him to appear in a video game and broadcast live from within it. We operated this system on a laptop with a small local area network, which enabled FBX models from Maya to be imported into Unreal and articulated in real-time within the Unreal Engine. The application was locally deployed and worked seamlessly across the network.
Outcome:
The event garnered strong social buzz and brand lift, showing that virtual content can deliver the same, if not better, engagement as live activations. Adidas recognized the value in the scalable, reusable format, setting the foundation for future activations beyond the All-Star game.

Animated Campaign

Challenge:
Client A - needed to create a marketing campaign featuring animated dancing avatars that would serve as both a video ad and a flexible digital asset in a very short timeline
Client B - needed a proof of concept in a short period to explore options for integrating automated CGI with a global sports league valued at over $130B.
Solution:
Client A - We created 3D rigged characters and scenes in Unreal Engine, enabling not only videos but also reusable assets that could be repurposed into interactive experiences. This means that every asset is future-proofed for use in games, simulations, and immersive content.
Client B - We developed a game that seamlessly transitions between live-action video and high-fidelity CGI animation and gameplay, allowing for a fully controlled camera perspective, as well as data layering via point-cloud placement of storytelling effects, including the use of our patented inclusion techniques for redrawing content in a live setting.
Creative Technology:
Client A - With a rapid turnaround of 3 weeks, we were able to create multiple fully rigged characters and three high-production-quality scenes with lighting and programmed camera moves. We delivered multiple high-resolution videos of the characters with varied camera perspectives and customized lighting.
Client B - Application and API to intake raw point-cloud data and transform it into a format that we used in the Unreal Engine to generate scenes in Sequencer automatically. We provided custom software to merge data and timecode before entering the Unreal Engine, which improved performance. We then added additional in-engine remote control actions so that the scene could be played in time sequence with the video feed. This allowed for switching back and forth between live-action and CGI with fidelity in a playable game build, creating an output capable of simultaneously supporting 2D, 3D, 4D, and all immersive display outputs.
Outcome:
Client A - The client received the video they needed on time, along with the assets that could be reused for new content generation. They successfully secured their campaign deal and now have an opportunity to expand their client offerings with P2P Pipeline.
Client B - The client has licensed our IP and has the opportunity to continue building on their use of the P2P pipeline to meet the broadcast needs of their clients, enabling the broadcasting of engaging CGI content for live national sports events.

Jewelry TV
Challenge:
Jewelry TV saw our NBA work and approached us to help them evolve their traditional retail programming. They needed a cost-effective way to incorporate virtual games into their broadcast without increasing hardware costs.
Solution:
We built a custom application that enabled their team to generate unlimited product-centered video content at a fraction of the traditional production costs. The tool also supported real-time integration into live shows, providing Jewelry TV with a dual-purpose creative engine.
Creative Technology:
Our team worked within the JTV broadcast center to deploy our software on a rack-mounted PC and integrate it with frame synchronization to the broadcast plant. We offered the option of a Mix Effect (ME) bank, triggering the elements or a manual on-set, and the team chose the on-set element. The partner had an existing green screen setup, which was used to layer the talent into the scene within our program. The switcher only had to send the signal, and the return was a full composite in sync with the live stream.
Outcome:
Instead of spending significant time and money on a studio upgrade or investing in costly virtual hardware, our tool helped Jewelry TV increase sales and excitement within their viewing community for fun, live, interactive games.

Over the past few years, multiple companies have sought to move away from celebrity talent and instead focus on owned IP, where they can create a narrative and own the story. Many clients don’t want to appear fake or have an AI lens; instead, they want to embrace computer-generated images (CGI) and do it live.
Solution:
We trained multiple companies on using our cloud and locally based solutions to animate, drive, and become the virtual characters to sell art, educate customers, and introduce new financial products.
Creative Technology:
We start with either existing models or create our own using 3D tools such as Maya, Blender, and Zbrush, as well as other services, to produce models in formats like FBX. We then bring these models into render engines, ranging from WebGL to Unity and Unreal Engine. Within the engine, we incorporate our proprietary processes to animate characters and deliver custom content in various formats, including video files and live video streams.
Outcome:
Our solution, on average, saves clients 40-55% in costs by utilizing proven processes to bring characters into worlds and utilize them to tell stories.

Big Event Reveal and Drive Merch
ESPORTS Awards
Challenge:
Clients come to us to help them with big events and want ways to tie merchandise sales into what they show their customers.
Solution:
We built a 3D environment that integrated over 25 sponsors in a way that ensured no sponsor felt slighted, allowing them all to coexist in a virtual environment. Then, we added shirts, toys, and merchandise in a virtual gold room to excite the users.
Creative Technology:
One of our trade secrets is how we manage virtual cameras to move on splines with AI-driven camera tools that help measure the time on screen for different logo placements for advertising. In multiple cases, we rotate advertising out once the camera has moved off, only to bring the camera back with a new advertiser, which pleases the client and the client’s clients. We created a virtual room to simulate 20 through intelligent switching and layered timed moves, designed to maximize the visual appeal of the event.
Outcome:
The client was pleased and used the video to open their award show; the fan reaction was very positive, and the client reported an increase in merchandise sales due to the production.
